Infectious power pop by way of hooky punk riffs, Bakers Eddy’s sound is immediate and fun, recalling 90s hit makers especially within their sing-a-long choruses. Bright guitars filtered though a garage-pop lens power the Australian band’s singles and 2018 debut EP I’m Not Making Good Decisions, accompanied by tight, quick rhythms creating a sharp collection of two-and-a-half-minute rock songs.
